"Kde Domov Muj" in translation "Where is my home" details my travelling journey in three respective countries, specifically Florida, Czech Republic and Scotland. Through this interactive publication I share three hypothetical narratives of the person I believe I would become if I had never left those countries. "Dormancy" is a portfolio with a series of photographs that depict the emotional rollecoaster this travelling journey has been. I hope that by sharing my personal journey and experiences I can relate to an audience and send a message that you are not alone in the way that you are feeling, for whatever the case may be.
This image is taken from my publication "Kde Domov Muj". This narrative named "Reminisce" is about my time spent in Florida. As I was quite young I could not recall much from my time there. Therefore, I recreated my fondest and only memory, which is the beach and its surrounding nature.

Scotland was a huge culture shock to me when I first moved here, therefore I hoped I could create a much colder atmosphere I chose the hills in Glencoe to portray how I feel about Scotland and what it means to me personally.
This image is taken from my portfolio "Dormancy". This narrative named "Timid Beginnings" is about my life as a newborn in Florida, unaware of my surrounding and still very much in a protective bubble against the world. This is why the model is dressed in all white to symbolise this.
