The goal of this research is to investigate and provide management and
retention strategies for Gen Z employees in the modern workplace, with a specific focus on creating
a positive work culture. The study aims to better comprehend the distinct qualities, ideals, and
expectations of Gen Z employees and how they impact their engagement, job satisfaction, and long￾term commitment. By examining contemporary scholarship and existing practices, the study seeks to
identify effective management approaches that align with Gen Z preferences and promote their
successful integration and retention within organizations. The goal is to contribute to the
development of practical recommendations that enable organizations to adapt their policies and
practices to effectively manage and retain Gen Z employees, leading to improved organizational
performance and employee well-being in the modern workplace.
