Trashion is an annual print magazine about secondhand fashion and creative reuse, featuring consumer consumption and my journey through tackling fast fashion. Trashion is an informative and expressive piece of writing that contains fashion photography overlooking a fully consumed world. All garments featured in this publication are from mine, my family and friends wardrobes. As well as some borrowed garments from charity shops around Scotland. By doing this I hope to show consumers that through creative styling, great looks can be achieved sustainably.
My portfoilo title Worn consists of 6 different narratives, with a series of photoshoots representing each. My goal for this publication is to increase public understanding of the long-term changes in weather and temperatures influenced by natural and human factors. Each narrative includes styling for the opposite climate representing an inhabitable nature of future endeavours. I wish to explore a series of weather patterns affected by climate change.
