Our Fashion students explore the creative process of garment design, from initial research through to collection creation and production. They undertake a wide exploration of different market sectors across the globe. We encourage individual design handwriting and inspiration for their final collections as well as fabric development. Our students work independently during their 4th year, bringing together all the skills they have acquired into their personal and professional journeys within their collections. They show creative expression and freedom within their work.
Our graduating class has worked on a wide range of projects from family heritage to modern modesty, from Sustainability to modern fabric making. Honours year students undertake research & experimentation for their chosen inspiration and topic ahead of developing their brief and move into design development before undertaking their garment construction.
