The Wellness Mill

Supporting UN Sustainability Goals. By taking time to evaluate existing spaces we can be taken on an intriguing journey into history. Considering potential outcomes that can be created for the future, if we start our thought processes with WHY (Sinek, 2011) we want to do something, and look at what the current situation is, the formation of our aims that we hope to achieve begin to appear.

Consider how adaptive reuse can allow a particular abandoned building to have new life providing benefit and joy for years to come. In creating the future, we need to know what improvements we need in society. My subject of choice is to influence, support and improve public health in a holistic way.

1) Can community-led social wellness education help improve public health?

2) Could this viably be located and developed in abandoned rural farm buildings?
